旋轉閥(俗稱旋轉給料器或星型給料器),是應用于固體物料(粉沫、顆粒物料、粉粒混合物)輸送系統(tǒng)中用來卸料、包裝、混合、除塵、計量、定量輸送的專用設備。工作原理是通過電機、減速機的傳動將一個帶有等分結構的葉輪在殼體內旋轉,從殼體上部料倉或給料裝置的物料填充在葉輪的型腔內,物料隨葉輪的旋轉到殼體的下部卸出。可以按照輸送系統(tǒng)的要求均勻地、連續(xù)不斷地向下游卸料。
Rotary valve (commonly known as rotary feeder or star feeder) is a special equipment used for unloading, packaging, mixing, dedusting, metering and quantitative transportation in the conveying system of solid materials (powder, granular materials and powder mixture). The working principle is to rotate an impeller with an equally divided structure in the shell through the transmission of the motor and the reducer. The materials from the upper bin of the shell or the feeding device are filled in the cavity of the impeller, and the materials are discharged from the lower part of the shell with the rotation of the impeller. The material can be discharged to the downstream uniformly and continuously according to the requirements of the conveying system.
