正壓濃相氣力除灰系統(tǒng)工藝流程為:進(jìn)灰─流化、出灰─吹掃三個(gè)階段,這三個(gè)階段往復(fù)循環(huán),達(dá)到輸灰的設(shè)計(jì)要求。

打開(kāi)手動(dòng)插板閥、電動(dòng)卸灰閥和氣動(dòng)止回閥,其它閥門(mén)關(guān)閉,儲(chǔ)灰倉(cāng)內(nèi)的飛灰進(jìn)入倉(cāng)泵。進(jìn)灰量由時(shí)間和料位計(jì)控制。設(shè)定的進(jìn)灰時(shí)間到,而未達(dá)到設(shè)定的料位,或已達(dá)到設(shè)定的料位而進(jìn)灰時(shí)間未到,都要關(guān)閉氣動(dòng)止回閥,轉(zhuǎn)入流化、出灰階段。
Open the manual gate valve, electric ash discharge valve and pneumatic check valve, close other valves, and the fly ash in the ash bin will enter the bin pump. The ash feeding amount is controlled by the time and level meter. When the set ash feeding time is up but the set material level is not reached, or the set material level has been reached but the ash feeding time is not reached, the pneumatic check valve shall be closed and the fluidization and ash discharging stages shall be started.

打開(kāi)流化進(jìn)氣閥、出料閥、二次氣閥組,進(jìn)入倉(cāng)泵底部流化床的壓縮空氣,使倉(cāng)泵內(nèi)的飛灰充分流化,倉(cāng)泵內(nèi)飛灰邊流化邊輸送,倉(cāng)泵內(nèi)的壓力迅速升穩(wěn)態(tài)值。當(dāng)泵內(nèi)及輸灰管內(nèi)的飛灰輸送完畢,泵內(nèi)壓力降低到系統(tǒng)設(shè)定的關(guān)泵壓力后進(jìn)入吹掃階段。
Open the fluidization inlet valve, discharge valve and secondary air valve group, and enter the compressed air of the fluidized bed at the bottom of the bin pump to fully fluidize the fly ash in the bin pump. The fly ash in the bin pump will be transported while fluidizing, and the pressure in the bin pump will rapidly rise to the steady value. When the conveying of fly ash in the pump and ash conveying pipe is completed, the pressure in the pump will be reduced to the pump off pressure set by the system before entering the purging stage.
3、吹掃階段

只有出料閥和二次氣閥是打開(kāi)的。這一過(guò)程主要是由時(shí)間控制,當(dāng)達(dá)到系統(tǒng)設(shè)定的吹掃時(shí)間后依次關(guān)閉一次氣閥,二次氣閥,出料閥,然后打開(kāi)排氣閥和進(jìn)料閥進(jìn)入進(jìn)灰階段,重復(fù)上述三個(gè)階段。
Only the discharge valve and secondary air valve are open. This process is mainly controlled by time. When the purging time set by the system is reached, close the primary air valve, secondary air valve and discharge valve in turn, and then open the exhaust valve and feed valve to enter the ash feeding stage. Repeat the above three stages.
倉(cāng)泵組成:
Bin pump composition:
倉(cāng)泵本體由Q235鋼板焊接而成,符合Ⅰ類壓力容器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。倉(cāng)泵與灰斗下方的手動(dòng)插板閥連接,手動(dòng)插板閥為倉(cāng)泵檢修用閥,平時(shí)處于常開(kāi)狀態(tài)。
The bin pump body is welded with Q235 steel plate, meeting the national Class I pressure vessel standard. The bin pump is connected to the manual gate valve below the ash hopper. The manual gate valve is used for maintenance of the bin pump and is normally open.
倉(cāng)泵的進(jìn)灰口設(shè)一個(gè)電動(dòng)卸灰閥。
An electric ash discharge valve is set at the ash inlet of the bin pump.
倉(cāng)泵上部裝有料位計(jì)和壓力檢測(cè)儀表,供檢測(cè)倉(cāng)泵內(nèi)的料位和壓力時(shí)使用。
The upper part of the bin pump is equipped with a material level gauge and a pressure detection instrument for detecting the material level and pressure in the bin pump.
倉(cāng)泵下部裝有流化床并與空氣管連接。
The lower part of the bin pump is equipped with a fluidized bed and connected with the air pipe.
倉(cāng)泵附近裝有控制箱,控制箱內(nèi)電磁閥按設(shè)定好的程序驅(qū)動(dòng)閥門(mén)。
The control box is installed near the bin pump, and the solenoid valve in the control box drives the valve according to the set program.
