1、一般情況下,料封泵裝在料倉庫底比較合適,落料順暢。如果放不在庫底,置于旁邊亦可。但落料管斜角≥45°。如果裝在電除塵落灰斗下部,可以一斗一泵,亦可兩斗兩斜管一泵;特殊情況亦可四斗四斜管插入一臺料封泵中,但所有落灰斜管的斜度均應(yīng)≥45°。

2、料封泵一般置于堅硬的水平地面上即可,無需打基礎(chǔ)安裝地腳螺栓,當(dāng)風(fēng)管,出料管連接好以后,即可投運。但要求進風(fēng)管與泵管連接時應(yīng)安裝一個撓性節(jié)頭。

5、本裝置要求庫頂收塵器的氣體散放量應(yīng)大于料封泵送料帶風(fēng)總量。勿使庫內(nèi)出現(xiàn)正壓情況,以免影響輸灰系統(tǒng)工作。

6、要求氣源、料封泵、輸灰管全系統(tǒng)密封良好,漏風(fēng)率小于 0.2%。

氣動式真空上料機即是利用壓縮空氣通過真空發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生高真空實現(xiàn)對物料的輸送,不需要機械式真空泵,具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、體積小、免維修、噪音低、控制方便、物料靜電和符合GMP要求等優(yōu)點。真空發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生的高真空,使被輸送的物料杜絕了分層現(xiàn)象,保證了混合物料成分的均一性,是壓片機、膠囊填充機、干法制粒機、包裝機、粉碎機、振動篩等機械自動上料的設(shè)備。 當(dāng)壓縮空氣供給真空發(fā)生器時,真空發(fā)生器就產(chǎn)生負壓形成真空氣流,物料被吸入吸料咀,形成物氣流,經(jīng)過吸料管到達上料機的料倉內(nèi)。過濾器把物料與空氣徹底分離,當(dāng)物料裝滿料倉時,控制器會自動切斷氣源,真空發(fā)生器停止工作,同時料倉門自動開啟,物料落到設(shè)備的料斗中。與此同時,壓縮空氣通過脈沖反吹閥自動清洗過濾器。等到時間到或料位傳感器發(fā)出上料信號時,自動啟動上料機。
Pneumatic vacuum feeder uses compressed air to generate high vacuum through vacuum generator to realize the transportation of materials. It does not need mechanical vacuum pump. It has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, maintenance free, low noise, convenient control, eliminating material static electricity and meeting GMP requirements. The high vacuum generated by the vacuum generator eliminates the stratification of the transported materials and ensures the uniformity of the composition of the mixed materials. It is the preferred equipment for automatic feeding of machinery such as tablet press, capsule filling machine, dry granulation machine, packaging machine, crusher, vibrating screen and so on. When the compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, the vacuum generator generates negative pressure to form vacuum air flow. The material is sucked into the suction nozzle to form the material air flow, which reaches the silo of the feeder through the suction pipe. The filter completely separates the material from the air. When the material is full of the silo, the controller will automatically cut off the air source, the vacuum generator stops working, the silo door opens automatically, and the material falls into the hopper of the equipment. At the same time, the air is automatically purged through the anti pulse filter. When the time is up or the material level sensor sends the feeding signal, the feeding machine will be started automatically.

A:懸浮流 物料輸送速度高于懸浮速度,物料在管道中成懸浮狀態(tài)流動。此輸送方式適合于低壓稀相短距離輸送。
A: The conveying speed of suspended flow material is higher than the suspension speed, and the material flows in a suspended state in the pipeline. This transportation mode is suitable for low-pressure dilute phase short-distance transportation.
B:集團流 物料輸送速度約等于懸浮速度,物料在管道中成集團狀態(tài)移動。此輸送方式適合于中壓較長距離輸送。
B: The conveying speed of group flow material is about equal to the suspension speed, and the material moves in a group state in the pipeline. This conveying mode is suitable for medium pressure long-distance conveying.
C:栓流 物料輸送速度低于懸浮速度,物料在管道中被脈沖氣閥(氣刀)氣壓力切割成栓狀,依靠料栓前后的空氣靜壓差作為推動力前進。此輸送方式適合于高壓密相長距離低速輸送。
C: The conveying speed of slug flow material is lower than the suspension speed. The material is cut into a slug shape by the pneumatic force of the pulse air valve (air knife) in the pipeline, and moves forward relying on the air static pressure difference before and after the slug as the driving force. This conveying mode is suitable for high-pressure dense phase long-distance low-speed conveying.
