旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器氣刀是一種由電磁閥控制的通氣閥門,電磁閥由脈沖信號(hào)發(fā)生器控制,按所需的啟閉時(shí)間作脈沖送氣,使由壓送罐下來的粉粒狀物料被空氣割刀切成相同長度的物料柱塞。脈沖氣力輸送系統(tǒng)由于具有生產(chǎn)率高,料氣比M可達(dá)30~300,輸送距離長可達(dá)500m,耗氣量少,輸送風(fēng)速低一般只有1~2m/s,管道磨損少,輸送過程中物料不易破碎,能耗較低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),因而是一種有發(fā)展前途的氣力輸送方式。
